摘要
2007年6月"印度之星"轮进我厂修理,该轮装备有动力定位系统(即DP系统),船东反映左全回转舵桨机构在使用过程中有异响,机油系统进水,机油乳化;右全回转舵桨系统变频电球输出轴承烧损。要求我厂对左右舵桨系统进行拆检,彻底排除异常。本文详细讲述了全回转舵桨系统修复工艺过程,希望对日后同类型船舶的修复有一定的指导意义。
In June 2007, our factory undertook to repair the vessel "Indian Star" with a DP system. The malfunction of the vessel included abnormal running noise, flooded oil system, oil emulsion of the left full-rotating rudder-propeller system, burning out of variable frequency electric ball output bearing of the right full-rotating rudder-propeller system. The ship owner required to dismantle these rudder-propeller systems for overhauling. This paper describes the repair process of them.
