摘要
海上油气开发平台建设是一项耗资巨大的系统工程,为了合理利用有限的资源取得最大经济效益,以产业选址问题为基础,对海上平台选址决策过程中的决策变量、目标函数和约束条件进行了分析,建立了随机油价下海上开发平台选址的双层规划模型.根据模型的特点设计了求解该问题的自适应遗传算法,求解下层规划时采用禁忌搜索算法,提高了模型的优化效率和优化效果.采用这一优化过程,成功地解决了海洋石油平台选址过程中平台产能、成本及资源最优分配问题.
In order to make rational use of limited resources to achieve maximum economic benefits,the variables,the objective function and the constraint conditions in the site selection decision-making of offshore platforms are analyzed in detail,and a bi-level programming model is established under stochastic oil price.An adaptive genetic algorithm to solve the problem is designed according to the characteristics of the model.A tabu search algorithm is used for solving the lower planning,which can improve the optimization efficiency and effect of the model.The study successfully solves the optimal distribution of platform production capacity,cost and resources in the site selection of offshore platforms.
