膨胀率对氮气和水蒸气超音速凝结特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了研究膨胀率对氮气和水蒸气超音速凝结特性的影响规律,利用双组分凝结流动数值模型对氮气和水蒸气的不平衡凝结流动进行了数值模拟.对数值模型进行了验证,发现模拟结果与实验结果一致.利用该数值模型研究了不同膨胀率对氮气和水蒸气凝结流动的影响,发现在相同的进口参数下,随着膨胀率的增大,极限过冷度变大,液滴成核率和液滴数增大,但液滴半径减小.在超音速分离管设计过程中,需要综合考虑膨胀率与液滴半径两方面因素来获得较高的分离性能. The influence of expansion rate on the condensation characteristics of nitrogen/vapor mixture in supersonic flow is studied using the mathematic model of two-component gas mixture.The mathematic model is verified by experiments,and it is shown that the mathematic model is accurate enough.Then,it is used for studying the influence of expansion rate on the condensation characteristics of nitrogen/vapor mixture in supersonic condensation flow.It is found that in the same inlet parameters,with the increasing of expansion rate,the undercooling limit,droplet nucleation rate and droplet number increase,but droplet radius reduces.The effects of expansion rate and droplet radius on separation result must be considered in the design of supersonic separators to get better separating efficiency.
