摘要
工作激励运用于对医师的管理具有明显优越性 ,系统性工作激励将工作激励融入人员的使用、考核、付酬、培训等日常人事管理工作之中 ,产生系统性激励效果 ,是工作激励中效果最显著的一种。对医师使用系统性工作激励应注意 :注重目标的制定过程 ;考核、评估力争做到公平合理 ;强化措施形式多样 ;不能忽视制度建设。
There was obvious advantage to use work incentive to doctors.The effect of systematic work incentive was most significant in work incentive.It could produce systematic incentive effect when work incentive was put into daily personnel management,such as use,check- up,salary and training.There were something which should be paid attention when using systematic work incentive:focusing on procedure of making target;check- up and assessing equally and rationally;multiple forms of strengthening measures;paying attention to construction of system.
