摘要 本文从推行高职院校院系二级管理的意义出发,结合高职院校教师工作岗位的特殊性,就目前深化院系二级管理改革的重点和难点进行了系统分析。并在此基础上结合制度建设、科学实施、机构改革,持续发展等几个方面提出了改进对策。 In view of the promotion of college-department two-level management in higher vocational college,this essay makes systematic analysis on the key and difficult points of enhancing college-department two-level management reform according to the characteristics of teaching jobs in higher vocational college.Based on the previous analysis results,improvement measures about institution building,scientific implementation,organization reform and further development are proposed.
