Clouding segregation is the common shortcoming in centrifugal casting of G03 cylinders,and it has been classified strictly into several levels by national standard.Referring to relevant specialized technology standard and working experience,this essay takes G03 cylinder as an example,and puts forward the quality controlling standard for clouding segregation,which provides more scientific,delicate,and practical reference for quality control of cylinder centrifugal casting.
