From the perspective of shipbuilding enterprise management,using project management theory,international trade and risk-controlling theory,with shipbuilding project as the study subject,this essay studies cost risks in shipbuilding project,and points out corresponding prevention and controlling method so as to realize effective control on shipbuilding project costs,ensure expected profits of shipbuilding projects and maintain shipbuilding enterprises＇ sustainable development.
