高校基建项目成本控制是项目管理中最重要的环节,是项目综合管理的体现,是运用必要的技术与管理手段对项目进行有计划地组织和监督的一个系统工程。文章主要就高校基建项目在决策与设计阶段的成本控制内容进行了研究。

Cost control is the most important part of project management and it is the embodiment of general management of project.Cost controlling is a systematic project,which uses necessary technical and administrative means to organize and supervise the infrastructures project.This paper studies the cost controlling in decision making and designing of college infrastructure project.
