学生的就业稳定性是关系到学校招生、生存、发展的重要工作。高职高专院校毕业生在就业过程中存在一些不正确的择业观,影响了就业的稳定性。根据其形成的原因,高职高专院校应通过多种方式加强职业生涯规划教育,树立正确的就业观,帮助学生树立学习信心,让学生掌握适合社会需求的一技之长。

Student＇s employment stability is of great importance in college enrollment,survival and development.Higher vocational college graduates hold some incorrect occupation selecting idea,which influences their employment stability.According the causes of these incorrect ideas,higher vocational college should strengthen career planning education through diverse ways,so as to help students set up correct employment attitude,build up their confidence of learning and help them to master professional skills to meet social needs.
