信息化方法实现麻醉、第一类精神药品处方专册登记

Registration of prescription fascicle of narcotic and the first kind of psychotropic drugs by information method

目的通过网络系统平台,对麻醉药品和第一类精神药品处方进行专册登记,以便提高工作效率,同时便于利用系统数据,进行相关统计分析工作。方法借助我院处方点评与用药动态监测系统平台,新开发出毒麻药品管理版块,进行每日处方专册登记工作。结果取代了手工抄写处方进行专册登记的模式,避免了手工登记的差错,工作效率得到显著的提高。结论通过网络系统平台,方便了麻醉药品和第一类精神药品的日常检查和相关统计分析工作的顺利进行,提高了工作效率。

Objective In order to improve work efficiency and develop relevant statistics analysis using system data,through the network system platform which was used for special issue registration of narcotic and the first class of psychotropic drugs prescription.Methods Poison hemp drugs management section was newly developed on the prescription comment and medication dynamic monitoring system platform for daily prescription fascicle registration.Results The method replaced the work mode of manual transcription for registration of prescription fascicle,avoided the errors of manual registration,and remarkably improved the efficiency.Conclusion The network platform facilitates the daily inspection of narcotic and the first kind of psychotropic drugs,make the related statistical analysis smoothly,and improves the work efficiency.
