摘要 提出了使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定纯金中银、铜、铁、铅、锑、铋、钯、镁、锡、镍、锰、铬、砷13种杂质元素的分析方法。采用王水处理样品,以铑作为内标元素,不用分离基体,以王水作为测定介质,在最佳的仪器工作条件下直接测定。铁、铜、铅、锑、铋、钯、银、镍、镁、砷、锡、锰、铬的检出限分别为:1.80,0.86,1.23,0.90,0.26,0.39,1.05,0.33,1.61,2.30,1.15,1.05,0.89ng/mL,回收率在98.6%~102.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.0%~3.0%。方法具有灵敏度高、检出限低、干扰少、不用分离基体、分析速度快、能够进行多元素同时分析等特点,特别适合于生产企业的质量控制分析。 This paper described a new analytical method based on inductively coupled plasma mass spec- trometry for simultaneously determining the thirteen impurity elements in pure gold, including silver, cop- per, iron, lead, antimony, bismuth, palladium, magnesium, tin, nickel, manganese, chromium, and ar- senic. The samples were dissolved in aqua regia. Rhodium was used as the internal standard. The dis- solved samples were directly tested without matrix being separated and aqua regia was used as the testing medium. The best instrumental working condition was chosen. The detection limits of iron, copper, lead, antimony, bismuth, palladium, silver, nickel, magnesium, arsenic, tin, manganese, and chromium were 1.80,0.86,1.23,0.90,0.26,0.39,1.05,0.33,1.61,2.30,1.15,1.05,0. 89 ng/mL, respectively,the recov- ery rates for the detected elements were between 98.6% to 102.8% and the relative standard deviations (RSD,n=6) were 1.0%-3.0%.
