摘要
当前,高职教育正处于"发展规模求效益"向"提高质量求生存"的转型时期,如何提高教学质量是高职院校面临的首要任务,教学督导作为教学质量监控的重要手段,发挥着不可替代的作用。文章分析了制约高职教学督导水平的因素,提出了提升高职教学督导水平的对策。
The Higher Technical and Vocational Education is gradually transit from the scale of development to the quality improvement.How to improve the teaching quality is the primary task and teaching supervision plays an irreplaceable role in monitoring it.This paper analyzes the factors restricting the level of vocational teaching supervision,and put forward the countermeasures to enhance the supervisory level of vocational teaching.
