摘要
探讨了技能型拔尖化工人才的内涵和基本特征,分析了影响当前拔尖人才成长的生态环境。从个性化的教育理念、专业课程体系、生态环境、教研互动、师资队伍等方面,提出了培养技能型拔尖化工人才的一些有益途径,对推动高职化工教育改革具有积极的现实意义。
The connotations and basic characteristics of top-notch chemical talents with vocational skills are investigated and discussed and the ecological environment of the growth of the current top-notch talents is analyzed.Based on personalized education concept,curriculum system,ecological environment,interaction be-tween teaching and research,teaching staff,some useful ways to cultivate top-notch chemical talents with voca-tional skills are recommended.It has a positive and practical significance of promoting vocational chemical educa-tion reform.
