思想政治素质是村委会干部最基本、最重要的素质之一。村委会干部是否具备良好的思想政治素质,是其能否领导村民群体取得社会主义新农村建设成效的关键因素。鉴于此,文章在界定村委会干部与思想政治素质等概念的基础上,探讨提升村委会干部思想政治素质的必要性与战略意义,继而对村委会干部思想政治素质结构进行系统分析。

The paper points out that the ideological and political quality is one of village committee cader＇s most essential and important qualities.If village committee cader has formed good ideological and political quality,he can effectively promote new socialist countryside construction with the villagers.Then,this article puts forward the concept of village committee cader and ideological and political quality,and investigates the necessity and strategic significance of promoting village committee cader＇s ideological and political quality.Finally,this paper analyzes the structure of ideological and political quality systematically.
