变压器式低频测振传感器的研究

摘要 介绍了变压器式传感器构成的新型惯性测振系统及系统参数配置,研究了影响系统测量精度的因素.建立系统力学、互感数学模型,分析了其传递函数的频域特性,优化配置了传感器系统参数,确定了传感器不失真测量的最佳激励频率,显著提高了传感器测量精度.研究了传感器零点残余电压产生的原因,并提出了零点电位调节、相位调节和电流负反馈补偿方案.使变压器式传感器具备了精确跟踪测量机械振动的能力. A new inertial vibration measurement system constituted by a transformer type sensors and the sys- tem architecture configuration was introduced. Factors affecting the precision of the system were studied. Create a system mechanics, mutual inductance mathematical model. The transfer function of the frequency - domain characteristics was analyzed. The sensor system parameters were configured and the best excitation frequency of the sensor was identified. These measures significantly improve the accuracy of sensor measurements. The causes of the sensor zero residual voltage was studied, Zero potentiometer adjustment, phase adjustment and current negative feedback compensation scheme was proposed. Transformer sensor has the ability to precisely track the measurement of mechanical vibration.
