Quality Control of Anti-Flashover RTV Silicone Rubber Spraying

防污闪硅橡胶是具有RTV工艺特性的特种功能的液态涂料,而真正具有防污闪功能的却是其固化后的涂层。液态涂料转化为固化涂层的过程,即喷涂施工,显然是防护质量的重要一环。现行标准中对施工的规范性条款制订的较少,加之施工队伍参差不齐,因此,每个1次现场喷涂形成的涂层质量不尽相同。通过多年的现场监管实践,总结出防污闪硅橡胶喷涂施工中必须管控的关键节点,从而提高喷涂施工的过程质量和最终涂层质量。

Room temperature vulcanized （RTV） silicone rubber is a liquid paint by special treatment. The cured coating at room temperature can prevent pollution flashover effectively. The coating process of the liquid paint transformed into the cured coating is the most important part of the construction quality control. However, the standards have no corresponding implementation provisions in the construction process, and different construction firms have different construction levels, leading to different spraying coating qualities. This paper summarizes the key regulated spots of RTV spraying process based on many years of field supervision experience, and it is believed that these key spots help to control construction process and improve RTV spray coating.
