摘要
国内学术界在劳动关系的内涵和特征、劳动关系矛盾冲突的成因、劳动关系调整的政府行为和工会作用、和谐劳动关系的特征和评价标准及构建路径等方面做出了有益的理论探索,但是缺乏拓展马克思主义劳动关系理论的解释力和现实指导价值的系统研究,缺乏对社会主义初级阶段劳动关系的实然与应然以及和谐劳动关系生成逻辑的正面分析,缺乏对劳动关系不和谐成因与对策的深刻揭示。马克思主义理论工作者需要着力推进马克思主义劳动关系理论的时代化和中国化,为当代中国和谐劳动关系的构建提供理论基础和现实指导。
Domestic academia have made a useful theoretical exploration in the connotations and characteristics of la- bor relations, the conflicts causes of labor relations, the Government and trade union's role in labor relations adjust- ment, the characteristics, evaluation criteria and build path of harmonious labor relations, however, lacking of the ex- planatory power, which expand the Marxist labor relations theory, and the system research of realistic guidance value, lacking the positive analysis, on "to be and ought to be" of labor relations in the primary stage of socialism and on the generation logy of harmonious labor relations, and lacking the profoundly revelation on the causes of disharmony la- bor relations and the countermeasures. Marxist theory workers need to focus on promoting the Marxism labor relations the- ories to update and have Chinese characteristics, providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construc- tion of contemporary Chinese harmonious labor relations.
