加强基层工会组织建设的思路与对策

为认真贯彻落实中华全国总工会"两个普遍"工作要求,全面准确地掌握矿区基层工会组织建设情况,着力塑造工会组织优势,促进企业健康稳定发展,山东能源肥矿集团公司工会对所属基层工会组织建设情况进行了专题调研。通过分析矿区基层工会组织建设的基本状况和存在的主要问题,认为要进一步加强矿区基层工会组织建设,一要提高思想认识,优化工作环境,确保企业工会在党委领导下依法独立自主、创造性地开展工作;二要加强组织建设,提升队伍素质,不断提高基层工会履职尽责、服务大局的整体水平;三要深化创先争优,巩固建会成果,进一步推进"建家"活动的创新发展。
