摘要
红色资源是中国共产党领导中国人民在革命战争年代所形成的具有资政育人功能的历史遗存,蕴含了丰富的干部教育内容。依托红色资源开展干部教育时,应妥善地处理好历史与现实、讲授与体验、感性与理性、大局与细节、内容与形式等关系。
Red resources are the historical heritage formed by Chinese people in the age of revolutionary war led by the CPC,containing enriched contents that can be used in cadre education and training.When carrying through cadre education based on red resources,we should appropriately deal with the relations between history and reality,instructing and experiencing,sensibility and rationality,overall situation and details,content and form,and so on.
