摘要
实验采用亚临界处理方法对Cr26高铬铸铁组织转变及其力学性能进行了实验和应用研究.研究结果表明:该成分高铬铸铁经560℃+1 h亚临界热处理后,金相组织主要由共晶体、Cr7C3碳化物、先共晶奥氏体和部分马氏体组成;硬度由铸态时HRC 47~48提高至HRC 53-54,冲击功达6~8J/cm^2.几年来,该工艺由北京和吉林的两家造纸机械厂应用并取得良好的经济效益.
In this study, the microstructure transformation and mechanical properties subjected to sub-critical heat treatment for Cr26 high-chromium cast iron were investigated. The experimental and practical applications were verified. The results show that the corresponding microstrueture consists of strip-shaped Cr7C3 carbides, first euteetic austenite and partial martensite at 560 ~C for 1 h,which is subcritical treatment. The cast hardness HRC 47-48 is increased to HRC 53-54 under the same heat treatment temperature and time. And the value of impact toughness is 8.2J/cm2. In recent years, the process consists of two paper making machinery plant in Beijing and Jilin is applied and achieved good economic benefits.
