摘要
工业锅炉在运行时,为了增加高温烟气在炉内的停留时间,加强炉内固体和气体可燃物的燃尽程度,于是在炉内筑起了各式各样的炉拱,炉拱的不同形状就起到了不同的作用.本文主要对立式锅炉的炉拱进行了优化,使新型炉拱在理论上达到了节能及降尘燃烧的技术要求.
A wide range of furnace arch was builded in the furnace in order to increase residence time of high temperature flue gas in the furnace and strengthen the degree of burnout of the solid and gaseous combustibles in the furnace. The vertical boiler furnace arches were optimized which make the new type furnace arch reach the technical requirements of energy saving and dustfall burning.
