摘要
对影响立式锅炉拱的几何形状参数进行排列组合,通过理论分析与实际生产相结合得出两种可行性方案.将加工后的两种炉拱分别安装在额定工况下运行的锅炉当中,采用类比试验的方法,测量锅炉烟气中含尘量及林格曼黑度,对以上两种方案进行评估,从而获得最佳拱形.
The parameter of affecting vertical boiler archgeometry was arranged and composed which draw the two feasible scheme through theoretical analysis and actual production. The two furnace arches are respectively installed at rated operational condition of boiler. Dust content and ringeman blackness in flue gas of boiler were measured by analogy test method. Which get the best shape of arch by estimating aboved programs.
