On the Chinese Vocational Education Cultural Ecology and Its Improvement Strategy

职业教育总是受制于一定的文化环境的,我们把职业教育在其所处的文化环境中的生存与发展的状态称之为职业教育文化生态。现阶段,我国职业教育文化生态的状况令人堪忧,为了从根本上改变这种状况,应努力培育对中国职业教育构成文化支撑的中国特色的职业教育文化体系,构建国家职业教育校企合作政策制度体系文化,按照产业的形成规律、企业的成长规律与职业教育的发展规律,探寻企业文化与职业教育文化有机融合的时机与途径,提升富有中国特色的职业教育文化生态学的研究范式。

Vocational education is always subject to certain cultural environment, and we call the survival and de- velopment state of vocational education in the cultural environment a Vocational Education Cultural Ecology. At the present stage, Chinese vocational education cultural ecology is in a dismal. In order to fundamentally change the situation, we should foster the vocational education cultural system with Chinese characteristics to support Chinese vocational education in culture, construct the state vocational education school-enterprise cooperation policy system culture, according to the industry, the growing of the enterprise formation law and professional edu- cation development law, explore the organic integration of the time and the way of enterprise culture and vocational education culture , sum up the vocational education cultural ecology research paradigm with the rich Chinese characteristics.
