鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜部分切除治疗鼻出血效果观察

The Observation of the Effect for Transnasal Endoscopic Nasal Septum Mucosa Resection in the Treatment of Nasal Bleeding

目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜部分切除治疗鼻出血的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2007年6月-2012年2月笔者所在医院收治的68例鼻出血患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜部分切除治疗,对照组采用局部填塞,电凝方法进行治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效和并发症发生情况。结果:治疗3个月后,治疗组总有效34例,总有效率94.44%,显著高于对照组总有效率87.50%(28/32);治疗组不良反应发生率8.33%(3/36),显著低于对照组21.88%(7/32),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜部分切除治疗鼻出血创伤小,临床疗效确切,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect for transnasal endoscopic nasal septum mucosa resection in the treatment of nasal bleeding. Method：The clinical data of 68 cases of nasal bleeding treated in our hospital from June 2007 to February 2012 were retrospective analyzed.In accordance with the treatment methods, they were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was taken with intranasal endoscopic resection of nasal septum mucosa treatment and the control group was taken with a local tamponade and coagulation method for treatment.The clinical efficacy and complications of occurrence was compared.Result：After 3 months of treatment, the total number of cases in the treatment group were 34 cases, the total efficiency rate was 94.44%, significantly higher than the total efficiency of the control group of 87.50% （ 28/32 ） .The adverse reactions incidence of the treatment group was 8.33% （ 3/36 ）, significantly lower than the control group of 21.88% （ 7/32 ） （ P〈0.05 ） .Conclusion：The transnasal endoscopic nasal septum mucosa resection in the treatment of nasal bleeding has the advantage of little trauma, exact clinical efficacy and low adverse reaction rate.
