高职院校就业工作体系建设的思考

介绍了高校建立并落实就业工作制度的具体做法，按照以“素质为本、能力为本和发展为本”的教育理念，设计构建“四结合”的高职院校就业教育体系，制订系统的就业工作制度，建立协调的就业工作管理机制，实行有效的就业工作考评办法，落实严格的就业工作奖惩制度。

This article introduces the specific measures and efforts that colleges and universities take to establish and implement the system of employment practices, such as ＂quality-oriented,capacity-based and development-oriented＂ philosophy of education, the design of building ＂four combinations＂ vocational colleges employment education system, development of systematic employment system, establishment of a coordinated employment management mechanism, implementation of effective employment job evaluation schemes, and implementation of strict employment rewards and penalties.
