Exploration and Practice of the Personnel Training Mode Based on the ＂Integration into the Software Park and Multifaceted Cooperation＂ theory

分析了当前软件专业人才培养模式存在的不足之处，结合我院的区位优势与特有平台——成职软件教育园，提出了融入园区、多元合作框架下的“区院融合，三维一体”的人才培养模式，介绍了其设计过程，并在此人才培养模式下的项目集群课程体系与项目标准的建立、项目集群教学过程与教学方法的实施及师资队伍的建设办法。

This paper analyze the inadequacies of the current training model of software,Combining with the location advantage and the specific platform of our college, propose the personnel training model based on the ＂Integration into the software park and multifaceted cooperation ＂ theory. Discuss the design process, the project cluster curriculum system, the establishment of projects standards, the project cluster teaching process and the implementation of teaching methods and faculty building approach.
