社区教育工作者专业素养的缺失与对策思考

社区教育工作者的整体素质不高、专业素养缺失已经成为制约社区教育深入发展的瓶颈。从专业素养的角度出发，综合教育学、社会学等相关理论，以江苏省无锡市为例，有针对性地展开调查和访谈，重点分析当前社区教育工作者专业素养现状，并以此为基础，为提升社区教育工作者专业素养和发展社区教育提出相关建议与对策。

For community education worker whole quality is not high, professional accomplishment has become a bottleneck in the development of community education development. This paper takes Jiangsu province Wuxi city as example. Based on the investigation and interview, this paper focus on analysis of the current community educators＇ professional literacy from a professional perspective, using the general theory of education and sociology. And on this basis, the article puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures In order to enhance community educators professional accomplishment and the development of community education.
