大学生就业困难已经变成一种较为普遍的社会现象。大学生就业难外部原因是主体,内部原因是关键。解决大学生就业难问题,需要政府、高校与大学生自身通力合作、共同努力。政府应"软硬兼施",高校应"刚柔并济",大学生应"自力更生"。

university graduates having difficulties in finding jobs have become a common social phenomenon.The external cause is the main body,and the internal cause is the key.In order to solve the thorny issue,the government,universities and graduates themselves shall make concerted efforts.The government should use both harsh and mild measures when needed,universities should adopt flexible policies on employment issues,and university graduates should try their best to compete in the job market.
