高校有效开展就业指导工作的对策研究

A Research on the Countermeasures of Effective Careers Guidance in Universities

全球性的金融危机,使毕业生就业形势更加严峻。高校就业指导工作流于形式,毕业生就业意识不强,就业观念不够成熟,择业技巧欠缺等是高校毕业生就业困难的重要影响因素。本文从高校就业指导工作和毕业生就业意识欠缺的现状入手,对造成高校就业指导工作无特色和毕业生就业意识缺乏的原因进行了较深入的分析研究,进而提出了一些可行性强的应对措施。

global financial crisis and the expansion of college enrollments have made the job market for university graduates full of fierce competitions.However,careers guidance in universities being a mere formality,together with the absence of a strong sense of employment,mature employment concepts and employment skills in university graduates,are the key factors of current severe situation in employment market.This paper will first investigate the current situation of careers guidance in universities and the lack of employment consciousness in university graduates,and then has an in-depth analysis on the causes of such phenomenon.Finally,some effective countermeasures will be given to tackle these problems.
