通识教育抑或专业教育:本科阶段比较文学教学目标浅议

摘要 本科阶段比较文学课程教学目标是通识教育,还是专业教育,是一个很值得商榷的问题。从教学方法论上看,比较文学课程打通文学理论和文化社科理论;从教学内容上看,比较文学课程打通中外文史哲;从教学模式上看,比较文学课程打通文、图和影视,因此本科阶段的比较文学教学实际上是在进行通识教育,但又不仅仅是简单的普及知识,而是要求有较为深入的专业研究,比如影响研究和平行研究都要求对文学作品及其传播途径和传播接受有着深入的了解。因此本文提出,本科生的教学应该是以通识为主,专业为辅,达到了解不同民族或国家文化内涵和文学活动及交流动态的目标。 it is a problem worth discussing that teaching objective of comparative literary for undergraduate students is general education or specialized education. From the teaching method, comparative literary teaching combines literary theories with social scientific theories. From the teaching content, comparative literary teaching combines literature, history, with philosophy all round the world. From the teaching model, comparative literary teaching combines words, with pictures and films. So comparative literary teaching for undergraduate students is carrying out a general education. But it is not only a simple enlightenment of knowledge, but also a specialized education. Therefore, it argues that we should focus on a general education for comparative literary teaching with supporting specialized knowledge to achieve the goal of understanding how different literary texts are disseminated among nations and how different cultural images are propagated in the world.
