高校教师教学艺术与师生关系探究

Study of the Teaching Art and the Relationship Between Teachers and Students in Universities

高校教师在教书育人的过程中扮演着重要的角色,教师教学水平的高低直接影响着教育质量的好坏,教学水平的发展对于高等教育质量的保证和提高有着重要的意义,目前我国高校教师的教学水平发展后劲不足,教师重科研轻教学的现象严重,浮躁的、随意的教学方式让作为学校主体之一的学生极其不满,为此,笔者指出了目前高校教师教学水平低下的现状、分析教学水平滞后的原因,提出了提高教学艺术水平的几点建议,以促进高校师生关系的和谐构建。

the teachers in a university play an important role in the process of imparting knowledge and educating people.The teaching level directly affects the quality of the education quality.The teaching level improvement of higher education has important significance for the quality assurance.At present teaching level improvement in some universities lacks of staying power.The phenomenon that teachers lay stress on research work and neglect teaching work is very serious,which students are extremely discontent.For this reason,the paper points out the problems of lower teaching level and puts forward some suggestions to improve teaching,aiming to promote the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.
