细胞凋亡早期 ,磷脂酰丝氨酸 (PS)从细胞膜脂双层的内层迁移至外层。根据磷脂结合蛋白 V(annexin V )高度亲和 PS的特性 ,利用 99Tcm标记的 annexin V可以进行体内凋亡细胞的显像。
