甘蔗及其近缘属植物钾效率差异研究 被引量:3

摘要 对39份甘蔗及其近缘属植物进行钾效率评价分析,旨在探讨不同基因型甘蔗种质钾效率差异,从而为筛选、培育耐低钾的甘蔗品种提供种质材料。结果表明:在低钾水平下,甘蔗及其近缘属植物地上部生物量、钾吸收效率和钾利用效率存在显著基因型差异,不同甘蔗及其近缘属属间地上部生物量、钾吸收效率和钾利用效率也存在显著属间差异。另外,通过对供试材料的钾效率评价,发现部分斑茅材料不仅具有较高的生物量,同时也具有较高的钾素利用效率,可为甘蔗钾效率的定向改良提供优良种质。 In this study, a field experiment was carried out to explore the difference of potassium efficiency with 39 sugarcane and its related genera genotypes, so as to screen and provide materials for breeding low-potassium tolerant sugarcane genotypes. The results showed that there was significant difference in plant biomass, potassium uptake efficiency and potassium utilization efficiency among difference genotypes; significant difference also existed in plant biomass, potassium uptake efficiency and potassium utilization efficiency among difference genus. In addition, some materials of Erianthus arundinoceu (Retz.) Jeswiet with high biomass and high K utilization efficiency was been found in this experiment which might provide sugarcane germplasm for breeding high K efficiency sugarcane.
