摘要
采用小区试验方法,通过不施肥、常规施肥和优化施肥3个处理,分析烟株在生育期内干物质的积累及其化学合成、积累规律。结果表明,铜仁地区不同生态条件下土烟、田烟的干物质积累都呈S型曲线且前期上升慢,后期生长过旺的规律;移栽后第12周为氮素的吸收高峰,磷、钾吸收积累高峰出现在移栽后第9周,烟碱、还原糖合成均是在移栽后第9周后呈急剧增加的趋势。
By using cell test method, three treatments including applying not fertilization, conventional fertilization and optimization of fertilization were set up to analyze dry matter accumulation and the chemical composition and accumulation were studied during the field growth of of Flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the law of dry matter accumulation were tested S-shaped curve and early slow rise, and excessive later growth in Soil smoke and Field smoke different ecological conditions of Tongren area. The absorption peak of Nitrogen to 12 weeks, the uptake and accumulation peaked of Phosphorus and Potassium in the ninth week, the nicotine and reducing sugar synthesis showed a dramatic increase in the ninth week after transplanting.
