畜禽粪污土壤中产纤维素酶真菌的筛选及产酶条件研究 被引量:1

摘要 从畜禽养殖场土壤中分离纯化、初筛到3株产纤维素酶的真菌菌株,通过摇瓶复筛,获得1株酶活性较高的菌株HX-02,经分类鉴定确定为青霉属(Penicillium sp.),并对其发酵条件进行了研究,结果表明,以2%麸皮、3%酵母膏、0.05%MgSO4.7H2O、0.1%KH2PO4为液体发酵培养基,装液量20%、起始pH值6.0的条件下,以30℃、140 r/min发酵5 d,纤维素酶活可达到71.72(±0.53)IU/mL。 Three cellulase-producing fungi strains were isolated from different livestock feces soil samples, and one fungi HX-02 which could product higher cellulase was identified as Penicillium sp.after selecting by liquid fermentation. In addition,the optimum ferment conditions of the HX-02 strain were as follows:liquid ferment medium including wheat bran 2%,yeast extract 3%,MgSO4-7H20 0.05 % ,KH2PO4 0.1% ,substrateas 20%, temperature 30℃,initial pH 6.0,140 r/m, culture time 5 days, and the cellulase activity(CMCase) reached 71.72 (±0.53)IU/mL.
