基于SWOT分析的建宁县森林旅游开发策略

Forest tourist resources of Jianning county development strategy research based on the SWOT analysis

采用SWOT分析法,对建宁县森林旅游资源的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了系统分析。建宁县森林旅游开发的优势包括森林旅游资源具有垄断性、地缘优势明显、生态环境较好等;劣势包括交通不便,可进入性差、经济与社会支撑条件滞后、市场支撑条件不足、旅游管理体制不健全,专业人才不足;机会在于交通条件改善,区域旅游合作趋势明显、旅游产业政策的扶持;目前开发面临的威胁包括生态环境破坏、区域内竞争激烈等。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了其发展策略,以期为促进建宁县森林旅游业的健康发展提供参考。

Based on the SWOT method,this paper analyzes its advantages,weaknesses,Opportunities and threats of Jian Ning＇s forest traveling resources.The advantages of Jian Ning＇s developing forest traveling include its monopoly of forest resources, significant geo-advantage and preferable ecological environment, etc. And the disadvantages involve inconvenient traffic, hard to go to, undeveloped economic and social support condition, lack of market support, unfit tourism management and insufficient experts. But Jian Ning＇s forest traveling also has opportunities like the traffic improvement, obvious regional tourism cooperation, and policy support for tourism. There are also some threats including the damage of eco-environment and fierce regional competition, etc. basing on the analyses, proposes its strate,so as to provide reference for promoting healthy development of tourism industry in Ning＇ s forest traveling.
