提高民营企业内部控制的意识和水平的对策———以襄阳市为例

Countermeasures to Raise the Awareness and Level of Private Enterprise Internal Control——Based on Xiangyang City

内部控制的好坏对我国民营企业经济的发展有着重要的作用,由于种种原因,在民营企业实际工作中内部控制还没有得到足够的重视,内控建设水平也普遍不高,本文以襄阳市民营企业为例,探析了其中的原因,并提出具有可行性的对策,以帮助民营企业把内控工作做好。

Internal control plays an important role in the economic development of China＇s private enterprises. Due to various reasons, the actual work of the private enterprises in the internal control has not been given sufficient attention, and the level of internal control construction is generally not high. This paper, based on the private enterprises in Xiangyang City, explores the reasons and proposes feasible countermeasures to help private enterprise work well in internal control.
