喉罩全麻在甲状腺手术中的应用

Application of Laryngeal Mask Anesthesia in Thyroid Surgery

目的探讨喉罩通气下全麻用于甲状腺手术的可行性及注意事项。资料与方法回顾性分析我院2011年至今共23例甲状腺手术在应用喉罩全麻下的临床资料。结果 23例患者均顺利置入喉罩,有2例患者在体位变动时发生漏气,经调整后矫正;手术过程中未发生误吸及胃胀现象;放置喉罩前、后及取出喉罩前、后患者心率、血压无明显变化;23例手术均顺利完成。结论喉罩通气全麻适合甲状腺手术,是甲状腺手术理想的麻醉方法。

Objective： To investigate the laryngeal mask airway in general anesthesia for thyroid operation feasibility and matters needing attention. Methods： A summary of our hospital since 2011 a total of 23 cases of thyroid operation in the application of laryngeal mask airway under general anesthesia were retrospectively reviewed the clinical data analysis. Results： Of the 23 patients were successfully inserted laryngeal mask, there were 2 patients in postural changes of gas leakage, the adjusted correction. In the process of operation without the occurrence of aspiration and bloated phenomenon. Operation was successfully completed in 23 cases. Placement of a laryngeal mask airway before, after and removal of laryngeal mask, heart rate, blood pressure did not change significantly. Conclusion： The laryngeal mask airway anesthesia for thyroid operation is an ideal anesthetic method for thyroid operation.
