摘要 采用硅醚化试剂衍生的方法 ,以正二十烷为内标 ,GC法同时测定大蜜丸中果糖和葡萄糖的含量。线性范围 :果糖 0 .30 97~ 2 .16 80mg ,r =0 .9997,RSD =1.4 2 %。葡萄糖 0 .2 156~1 50 93mg ,r =0 .9995,RSD =1.2 0 %。 This paper describes a GC method to measure simultaneously fructose and glucose content in Da Mi Wan. Before GC determination, samples were derivatized with hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) and trimethylchorosilane (TMCS) (2∶1).The calibration curves were linear between 0.3097 mg and 2.1680 mg for fructose, with r=0 9997 and the RSD of 1.42%, and between 0.2156 mg and 1.5093 mg for glucose, with r=0.9995 and the RSD of 1.20% respectively.
