摘要
读者满意度与高校图书馆服务质量的复杂关系,主要源于满意度及读者自身的复杂性。满意度的复杂性表现为读者对图书馆是否满意往往是有针对性和主观性的;读者的复杂性主要表现在构成的成分复杂和个体需要的复杂两个方面。
The complex relationship between reader's satisfaction and the university library service quality is mainly due to the complexity of satisfaction itself and readers themselves . The former depends on the reader's subjectivity while the latter comprises the complex composition and individual needs.
