新生儿黄疸尿液与母乳人巨细胞病毒-DNA配对检测结果分析 被引量:6

Jaundice neonates′s urine and their mother′s breast milk: a matching HCMV-DNA test

摘要 目的了解新生儿病理性黄疸人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)的感染状况,为制定合理喂养方案提供可靠依据。方法应用荧光PCR法对368例病理性黄疸患儿的尿液及其母亲的乳汁进行配对检测HCMV-DNA,并进行分析;另选100名健康新生儿作为对照组,进行尿液HCMV-DNA的检测。结果 368例患儿组尿液HCMV-DNA阳性16例,阳性率为4.35%,100名健康对照组尿液HCMV-DNA阳性1名,阳性率为1.00%,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);另与患儿配对检测的其母亲乳汁HCMV-DNA阳性225例,阳性率为61.1%,乳汁与尿液配对同时阳性的有14例。结论新生儿病理性黄疸与HCMV感染有密切关系;母乳中HCMV感染率较高,对患有黄疸的新生儿应先进行必要的检测,再进行合理喂养。 OBJECTIVE To understand status about neonatal jaundice human cytomegalovirus infection, so as to provide reliable bases for the development of feeding programs. METHODS By mean of fluorescent PCR method, the matching HCMV-DNA test of the urine of 368 children with pathological jaundice and their mother's milk was performed, and 100 healthy children were selected as the control group, then the HCMV-DNA test of urine was performed. RESULTS There were 16 patients whose urine HCMV-DNA was tested positive among 368 patients with the positive rate of 4. 35%, and there was 1 of 100 healthy children whose urine HCMV-DNA was tested positive with the positive rates of 1.00%, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01); there were 225 cases whose matching mothersrs breast milk was tested positive with the positive rate of 61.1%, and there were 14 cases whose urine and whose mothers's breast milk was tested positive at the same time. CONCLUSION Neonatal pathological jaundice is closely correlated with HCMV infections; the incidence of HCMV infection in breast milk is so high that it is necessary to perform HCMV-DNA test of the neonates with jaundice, then reasonably feed.
