南通市监狱医院感染管理现状调查

Current status of control of nosocomial infections in prison hospitals in Nantong

目的了解南通市监狱医院感染管理现状,提出改进策略。方法对南通市监狱医院感染管理工作现状进行现场调查。结果只有1所有消毒供应室,但布局不合理,手术室过于简陋也不符合现代手术室的要求,两所医院均无医院污水处理设施;医护人员明显不足,尤其是护士;医务人员医院感染培训率为3.7%,对于常用消毒剂使用浓度回答正确率为9.1%,操作前洗手依从性为18.2%,操作后洗手依从性为54.5%,正确洗手合格率为20.0%。结论要加大监狱医院的投入,充实专业人员队伍,强化全员医院感染培训,完善各项医院感染控制制度,切实提高监狱医院医院感染控制水平。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of control of nosocomial infections in the prison hospitals in Nantong so as to put forward the strategies. METHODS The on-site investigations were conducted on infection management status of the prison hospitals in Nantong. RESULTS Only one hospital had the sterile supply room, but the layout was unreasonable. The operating room was too crude to conform to the requirements of the modern operating room. Neither of the two hospitals has the sewage treatment facilities. The medical staff was obviously insufficient,especially the nurses. The rate of the training of the medical staff was 3. 7%, only 9. 1% of the medical staff knew the exact concentration of commonly used disinfectants, the compliance of the hand washing was 18.2% before the operation,and 54. 5% after the operation,the qualified rate of the correct hand washing was 20.0%. CONCLUSION It is necessary to increase the investment on the prison hospitals, enrich the special personnel team, intensify the training of nosocomial infections, and make the control system of nosocomiaI infections sound so as to effectively improve the level of control of nosocomial infections in the prison hospitals.
