Cleaning quality of medical instruments in central sterile supply department

目的提高可复用器械的清洗质量,控制医院感染。方法对清洗人员分层次培训更新消毒供应理念,规范清洗消毒整个操作流程,进行清洗质量监测和质量持续改进。结果复用器械清洗流程规范合理,清洗质量明显提高,无菌物品合格率100.0%。结论通过消毒供应专科知识培训确定了清洗在消毒灭菌环节中重要作用,将规范要求落实到清洗流程及清洗质量监测过程中,确保复用器械的清洗质量,杜绝医院感染的发生。

OBJECTIVE To improve the Cleaning quality of the recyclable medical instruments so as to control the nosocomial infections, METHODS To update the concept of disinfection and supply were updated through the stratified training of the cleaning staff. The monitoring of cleaning quality and the continuous quality improvement were carried out. RESULTS After the standardized cleaning procedure of the recyclable instrument, the cleaning quality of medical instruments has been significantly improved. The pass rate of sterilized items reached up to 100.0 %. CONCLUSION The training of special knowledge of disinfection and supply has made the cleaning become an important part of disinfection and sterilization process. To put the standards and requirements into the cleaning process and the monitoring of the cleaning quality can ensure the cleaning quality of the recyclabie instruments and avoid the nosoeomial infections.
