摘要
目的了解医院气动物流传输容器的污染状况,制定相应消毒管理制度。方法采用细菌检验技术,对物流传输容器消毒前后进行观察。结果未进行消毒处理的25份物流传输容器污染率为100.00%,标本中检出大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌等病原菌;通过采用对传输物品分类放置、规范护理操作行为、制定物流传输容器消毒管理制度、职能部门加强医院感染监测等控制对策后,累计采集40份标本中合格38份,污染率降至5.00%,与未进行消毒处理的物流传输容器污染率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论物流传输容器应采取切实有效的清洁消毒措施,加强管理及监控,对控制和预防医院感染具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE To explore the bacterial contamination situation of transmission bottles in pneumatic tube system, so as to develop the corresponding disinfection management system. METHODS The bacteriological examination technique was adopted to observe the transmission bottles before and after the disinfection. RESULTS The contamination rate of 25 pieces of transmission containers without disinfection processing was 100.00%, the pathogens such as Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudornonas aeruginosa were isolated from the specimens; through various control countermeasures such as placing transmission objects in categories, standardizing the nursing, developing disinfection management system and strengthening the monitoring of nosocomial infections, there were 38 of 40 accumulatively collected samples qualified, the contamination rate decreased to 5.00%, as compared with the contamination rate of the transmission bottles without disinfection process, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION It is necessary to take effective and practical cleaning and disinfection measures and intensify the management and monitoring, which has great significance in the control and prevention of nosocomial infections.
