预注浆技术在竖井施工中的应用

摘要 如何顺利通过破碎带富水层及溶洞发育地带是竖井施工所面临的重要工程地质问题。湖南宝山矿根据所施工竖井的特点及工程地质条件,采用了预注浆方案处理地下涌水。着重讨论了此次预注浆设计中注浆压力、注浆范围及扩散半径等设计参数的确定方法;并对注浆方式、钻孔布置方式及注浆工艺、结束标准及效果评定做了介绍。 How to successfully go through fractured zone pro- ductive aquifers and cave development zone is an important engineering geological question faced by the shaft sinking operation . According to engineering-geological conditions of Hunan Baoshan Mine, the pre-grouting scheme was introduced to treat underground water inrush. The principle of design parameters selecting, such as, pressure, scope and diffusion radius of grouting were discussed in this paper. Mode, drilling arrangement, procedure, finish standard and results evaluation of grouting technology were also introduced.
