摘要
为了提高壳体锻件的尺寸精度和表面质量,本文采用在曲柄压力机上安装吻合板的方法,固定曲柄压力机的下死点,将锻件的厚度尺寸公差控制在0.2mm以内,运用涂覆不锈钢玻璃润滑剂的方法,锻件表面仅有不到0.02mm的轻微氧化层。最终曲柄压力机上成形的壳体精密模锻件在尺寸精度、表面质量和机械性能上均优于指标要求。
