摘要
运用基于UG/NX平台的板料成形仿真软件FASTAMP-NX,对某型汽车侧梁的落料、拉深和翻边3道工序进行有限元分析。在分析零件工艺性的基础上,通过对每道工序模拟优化过程的详细描述,介绍了有限元数值模拟技术在多工序冲压成形中的使用方法。实际生产应用表明:利用有限元数值模拟技术能显著提高多工序汽车覆盖件模具设计与制造的成功率和效率;同时,该零件的工艺方案设计合理,对同类零件的工艺和模具设计有一定的参考价值。
The sheet metal forming analysis software FASTAMP-NX based on UG/NX platform was applied in the FE analysis for the blanking, drawing and flanging process of an automobile side beam. On the basis of the analysis of the part technology and the simulation and optimization of each process, the method of the FE simulation for multi-step stamping forming process was introduced. The practice verifies that the FEM can significantly improve the success rate and efficiency of the design and manufacture of the automobile covers which are manufactured with multi-step process. In addition, the process program of the part is reasonable, which can provide a reference to the similar parts.
