基于有限元分析的CNG气瓶热旋压机本体机构设计与优化 被引量:1

Design and optimization of hot spinning machine structure for CNG gas cylinder based on finite element analysis

摘要 通过对CNG气瓶多道次收底旋压工艺的数值模拟,得出旋压力能参数,以此为基础设计了CNG气瓶旋压机。介绍了该机主轴机构、工作原理、模具装置结构。应用有限元模拟软件对主要零部件进行优化设计,使该机达到设计要求。实际生产应用表明:该旋压机床与国外先进水平同类机床效率相同,实现了高效率加工;加工生产的气瓶零件尺寸精度高、表面质量好,产品质量达到欧洲气瓶质量检测标准,整机性能达到国际先进水平。 Through the numerical simulation on hot spinning process of CNG cylinders, the force and energy parameters for spinning machine were derived, which lay a mechanical basis for designing the spinning machine. Moreover, the structure and the working principle of the spindle unit and the mold device were elaborated, and the numerical simulation and structure optimization on the typical parts were conducted which made the parts meet the design demand. The production prac- tice shows that the spinning machine has the same producing efficiency with the advanced similar ones abroad, which realizes the efficient processing. The cylinders made by it have the high size precision and good surface quality, whose quality com- oletelv meet the Eurooean standards and have reached the international advanced level.
