摘要
模锻液压机系统是一个多重耦合的非线性系统,影响参数众多,很难建立精确的数学模型进行研究。本文基于系统工程高级建模和仿真平台AMESim建立了Y32-315T型四柱液压机驱动系统的仿真模型,通过实验验证了模型的合理性;在此基础上对液压机驱动系统的阶跃响应进行了仿真分析,结果表明系统响应速度较快,具有较好的动态品质。
Forging hydraulic press system is a multi-parameter nonlinear system with many parameters, and it is diffi- cult to establish a precise mathematical model to be studied. Based on AMESim , which is an advanced modeling and simulation platform for systems, a simulation model for the drive system of Y32-315T four-column hydraulic press was established. This model was confirmed by experiment. And then the step response of the system was analyzed by sim- ulation. The result of the simulation shows that the response speed of the system is very fast and the system has a good dynamic quality.
