摘要
以DC53模具钢为研究对象,首先通过硬度测试、冲击试验优选其最佳热处理工艺,之后以精雕机为平台进行切削试验,对比研究了进给速度与吃刀深度、路径间距不同工艺组合切削时断刀的频率。研究结果表明,DC53经过预调质处理后淬火再400℃回火20min的热处理工艺最适合精密冷锻模具强韧性配比的要求,其理想的切削工艺为路径间距0.01mm、吃刀深度0.01mm、进给速度1.8m.min-1,该工艺在保证一定加工效率的基础上有效避免了频繁断刀的发生。
Taking DC53 as a research object, the best heat treatment methods were selected based on hardness test and impact test, then the influences of different combinations of cutting depth, path space and feed peed on cutting-tool broken tendency were investigated by cutting test based on carver PMS-RT. The results show that quenched and tem- pered IX253 at 400℃ for 20 rain is suitable for cold working precision forging die, the best cutting process is 0.01 mm path space, 0.01 mm cutting depth and feed speed at 1.8 m· min^-1 , which avoids frequent cutting-tool broken based on a certain processing efficiency.
